Scope and pricing
Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, and deliverables are agreed upon with each client before work begins.
Completed work
Payments for completed work are nonrefundable.
If a project is canceled before work is completed, any refund will be based on the amount of work already performed and the terms of the client agreement.
Recurring services
Recurring hosting, maintenance, and marketing services may be canceled before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Charges already processed for an active service period are generally nonrefundable.
