Website design, hosting, maintenance, and marketing services are provided according to an individually agreed proposal or service agreement between CS Web Design and the client.
Timelines and client responsibilities
Timelines depend on the client providing requested content, approvals, account access, and payment. Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide, including text, images, and logos, can legally be used.
No guarantee of results
Specific results, rankings, leads, sales, or advertising performance are not guaranteed.
Payments
Payments are processed according to the agreed schedule.
SMS / text messaging consent
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from CS Web Design about your account, setup, and lead system. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recurring billing authorization
For lead-system plans, recurring monthly billing begins only when your system is activated and goes live. By authorizing billing, you confirm that your selected plan and price are correct and authorize CS Web Design to charge the recurring fee to your payment method on file once your system is live, until you cancel. You may cancel before the next billing date as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Termination
Either party may end recurring services according to the applicable agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Questions about these terms may be sent to carson@cswebbuild.com.
